LinkRad – Privacy Policy
1. What LinkRad is
LinkRad is a management application for Internet service providers (ISPs) that run the LinkRad server software. It is used by ISP administrators, resellers, collectors and, optionally, by the ISP's subscribers to view and manage subscriber accounts, balances, payments, support tickets, chat and voice/video calls.
The app does not connect to any Linksat-operated cloud. At sign-in you enter the address of your ISP's own LinkRad server, and all data the app sends or receives is exchanged with that server. The ISP that operates the server is the data controller for the subscriber and reseller data stored there; Linksat is the software vendor and does not receive that data.

The app does not collect your location, contacts, SMS, browsing history or advertising identifiers, and it contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
3. Permissions
- Camera / Microphone – only while you make a call, record a voice note or take a photo for an attachment.
- Photos and media – only when you choose an attachment or save a received file.
- Notifications, full-screen intent, phone state, foreground service – ring and display incoming in-app calls and deliver messages reliably.
- Bluetooth – headset audio during calls.
- Ignore battery optimisations (optional prompt) – keep incoming calls and messages arriving on aggressive battery-saver devices.
Every permission can be denied in Android settings; the related feature will then be unavailable while the rest of the app keeps working.
4. Storage and security
Credentials and session tokens are kept in Android's encrypted secure storage. Cached data is stored in the app's private storage and removed when the app is uninstalled or its data cleared. Connections use HTTPS whenever your ISP's server provides it; the app additionally supports certificate pinning. Ask your ISP to enable HTTPS if it has not.
5. Retention and deletion
Data held on the LinkRad server is retained according to your ISP's own policy. Signing out of an account in the app deletes its locally stored credentials and cached data. To have your account or its data deleted from the server, contact your ISP or reseller directly, or e-mail us at the address below and we will forward the request to the operator.
6. Third parties
The only third-party service the app talks to is Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, used solely to deliver push notifications. Google's handling of that token is described in Google's privacy policy. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
7. Children
LinkRad is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
8. Changes and contact

LinkRad – سياسة الخصوصية
1. ما هو LinkRad
LinkRad هو تطبيق إدارة لمزوّدي خدمة الإنترنت الذين يشغّلون برنامج خادم LinkRad. يستخدمه مدراء المزوّد والموزّعون والمحصّلون، واختيارياً مشتركو المزوّد، لعرض وإدارة حسابات المشتركين والأرصدة والمدفوعات وتذاكر الدعم والمحادثات والمكالمات الصوتية والمرئية.
لا يتصل التطبيق بأي خدمة سحابية تديرها Linksat. عند تسجيل الدخول تُدخل عنوان خادم LinkRad الخاص بمزوّدك، وكل البيانات التي يرسلها التطبيق أو يستقبلها تُتبادل مع ذلك الخادم فقط. المزوّد الذي يشغّل الخادم هو المتحكّم بالبيانات المخزّنة فيه؛ Linksat هي مورّد البرنامج ولا تستلم تلك البيانات.

التطبيق لا يجمع موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو رسائلك النصية أو سجل التصفح أو معرّفات الإعلانات، ولا يحتوي على إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل من أطراف ثالثة.
3. الأذونات
- الكاميرا / الميكروفون – فقط أثناء إجراء مكالمة أو تسجيل رسالة صوتية أو التقاط صورة كمرفق.
- الصور والوسائط – فقط عند اختيار مرفق أو حفظ ملف مستلم.
- الإشعارات، الشاشة الكاملة، حالة الهاتف، الخدمة الأمامية – رنين وعرض المكالمات الواردة وإيصال الرسائل بشكل موثوق.
- البلوتوث – صوت السماعة أثناء المكالمات.
- تجاهل تحسين البطارية (طلب اختياري) – استمرار وصول المكالمات والرسائل على الأجهزة ذات توفير البطارية الصارم.
يمكن رفض أي إذن من إعدادات أندرويد؛ عندها تتعطّل الميزة المرتبطة به فقط ويستمر باقي التطبيق بالعمل.
4. التخزين والأمان
تُحفظ بيانات الدخول ورموز الجلسة في التخزين الآمن المشفّر لأندرويد. تُخزَّن البيانات المؤقتة في مساحة التطبيق الخاصة وتُحذف عند إزالة التطبيق أو مسح بياناته. تستخدم الاتصالات HTTPS متى وفّره خادم مزوّدك، ويدعم التطبيق أيضاً تثبيت الشهادة. اطلب من مزوّدك تفعيل HTTPS إن لم يكن مفعّلاً.
5. الاحتفاظ والحذف
تُحفظ البيانات على خادم LinkRad وفق سياسة مزوّدك. تسجيل الخروج من حساب في التطبيق يحذف بيانات دخوله والبيانات المؤقتة المخزّنة محلياً. لحذف حسابك أو بياناته من الخادم تواصل مع مزوّدك أو موزّعك مباشرة، أو راسلنا على البريد أدناه وسنحوّل الطلب إلى المشغّل.
6. الأطراف الثالثة
الخدمة الخارجية الوحيدة التي يتواصل معها التطبيق هي Google Firebase Cloud Messaging لإيصال الإشعارات الفورية فقط. لا تُباع أي بيانات ولا تُشارك لأغراض إعلانية.
7. الأطفال
LinkRad أداة عمل وغير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.
8. التعديلات والتواصل
تُنشر تحديثات هذه السياسة على هذا العنوان مع تاريخ سريان جديد. للاستفسارات أو طلبات الحذف: support@linksat-lb.com.
